Schedule and Trace your Email in Gmail or Outlook

The Internet has made many things easy and happening, and scheduling and tracing email in Gmail is one of them. Nowadays It’s easy to schedule an email using Gmail, Outlook etc. You can also schedule social media posts messages in advance and save yourself from last-minute disaster.

Now, it is easy to schedule your email on a different platform. Whereas, Gmail comes with in-built email schedule feature. Gmail has recently added a scheduling feature for there users, which allows you to schedule your email 49 years before the date. Yes, you read right.

Schedule Email Using a Web Browser

  • Open Gmail in a Web browser.
  • Login to your account.
  • Click on Compose button.
  • Enter the Email id of the receiver.
  • Avoid the send button and click on down arrow icon.
  • Now schedule your email.

How to choose the exact date and time

  • Click on down arrow button.
  • Click on pick date and time.
  • Select date and time form calendar.

This way you can schedule your email while using a Web browser.

Schedule Email using an Email App

  • Click on three dots on the right top side of the screen.
  • Select date and time (As your requirements).
  • Now click on schedule send.

How to delete your scheduled Email

  • Click on schedule In Main Menu.
  • Now, select the email you want to delete.
  • Click on cancel send.

How to edit your scheduled Email

  • To edit first you have to cancel your email.
  • Now select the email from the draft and edit.
  • Update scheduled date and time again.

Schedule Outlook Email

If you are Outlook Email user, then you can also schedule your emails. However, Outlook provides this feature only for the Desktop program of Windows and Mac. You cannot schedule your email Mobile or Web browser using Outlook. While composing a new mail or replying to an email, you can choose a delivery option from tags on clicking More option.

If you are a Mac user and want to schedule your email using Outlook then it’s easier in compared to Windows. Click on the drop-down arrow button beside the send button and select send later. Here, you can set your desired date and time of your email. You can also edit the scheduled email by selecting a particular email from Outbox.

Schedule Email in Apple Mail

Mac OS and IOS don’t come with the build-in email schedule feature. Here, you can use a third-party app to schedule your emails. However, the iCloud account works with both Gmail and Outlook. So, you can also schedule your email using these apps. But if you are looking for the third-party app then sparkmailapp is a good option. It supports Mac OS, IOS and Android.

Schedule Phone Messages

You can also schedule your Philadelphia one messages, according to your needs.

Android

You can also schedule Phone messages for a particular date and time. Samsung’s new phone has an in-built message schedule feature. However, for other Android devices, you can use Pulse SMS app.

The social media post can also be scheduled according to your desire. You can use TweetDeck for Twitter posts. Besides this, you can also use a third-party app and Buffer is one of the best options to schedule your post. The app is free and you can schedule and you can schedule 10 posts at a time, with each post settings at a different date and time. This helps you to manage your Twitter, Instagram and Facebook posts at one place. The app is available for Web, Mobile and Browser extension.
